A lawyer will represent an unborn fetus in Alabama court after the papa of the aborted fetus sued a women’s health clinic on his own behalf, according to Vice News. The solicitor said here suit will be” the first of its nature ,” as it is recognizing privileges of the unborn fetus, dubbed “Baby Roe” in courtroom documents.
After the news cracked, many argued that the court is giving more rights to unborn fetuses and men who impregnate women than the women themselves.
” This is chilling–and completely unacceptable ,” wrote NARAL Pro-Choice America on Twitter.
An Alabama court has become the 1st in the U.S. to grant “personhood” rights to a fetus.
This symbolizes the order of rights “wouldve been”:
1. soldier who impregnated woman
3. PREGNANT PERSON.
This is chilling–and completely unacceptable.https :// t.co /8 8S1r5xtdO
